19" Data Equipment Racks
Our Data racks are Engineered
Our full extensive range of Data Racks are designed to be aesthetically pleasing and give you a peace of mind securing your equipment, whether it'll be for a Data Center or typical ELV installation
Compliance: IEC 62368 and EIA-310D
100% designed and manufactured in Sri Lanka, under very tight
tolerances. The heavy duty frame for Server applications will allow
loading in excess of 2000kg without deformation*. The low
profile design reduces internal non usable volume allowing
air flow travel from front to back without creating hot spots.
The newly developed design has been given two functional branches.
The Heavy duty JH will be used for Server Applications and JH-L
is designed for Network equipment installations, allowing installer
to optimize cost. All of these racks comes standard with 4 Fans
at top, Caster wheels and Leveling feet.
Wall Mount Network Racks
Wall mounted 19" Data Racks are a vital part of any ELV installation. A successful network relies on edge equipment to manage local traffic, our enclosures are not only help to secure the equipment but they also help to provide a proper environment for the enclosed equipment. Our Premium Range has increased access that enables maintenance and upgrades are swiftly carried out, without and powering down in some instances.
Our most Economical range of Wall mounted enclosure, now introduced with Full glass door. No matter where it is installed it will certainly be a design feature of the environment.

Powder Distribution Units
Rugged, Certified and High Density
Ranging from 4way up-to 24way. Type UK, C13, C19 etc. Basic to smart, If you can specify it, we can customize it. PDUs are designed for high demand applications, will help Power distribution and protection. Individual switching means you can power cycle without removing the connected plug top.

A Summary of our Product portfolio
19" Data Racks
19" Data racks is a generic term used to encapsulate any enclosure that has internal dimensions to mount EIA-310D compatible equipment. Also it is referred to as Data Cabinets or a 19" Racks.
Network Racks
(19") Network racks or Cabinets, though sounds broad, mainly refer to Wall mounted enclosures ranging from 3U to 22U, these are commonly available in 600mm width and depths of 450mm or 600mm.
19" Free standing Racks
(Freestanding/Floor standing racks/Cabinets) Used in applications where higher capacity and customization is preferred. Main two categories are Server Racks and Network Racks. Setver Racks are made to withstand higher stresses.
19" Open Racks
Open racks are used mainly where large number of cables need to be managed. 2 Posts and 4 Posts are common designs.
Power Distribution units
Specially designed, low profile Power delivery units (PDU) to be mounted inside the Racks. Can be fully customized for Power and Protection, ranging from 4 outlets up to 30, including metering and Protection equipment.
Data Center Racks
Common standard being 42U height and 600mm width. These are Racks that has modular capability with additional accessories to be mounted inside a Data Center (Datacenter). The accessories allow extension of the Containment, Air leak optimization etc.
19" Smart Racks
When the enclosure is equipped with Environment monitoring, Power Monitoring, and programmability to behave in a certain way during abnormality, it is considered Smart. They allow swift migration towards industry 4.0 and reduce maintenance costs.
ELV Outdoor Cabinets
Typical 19" Rack has to comply only IP4X. But an Outdoor Enclosure has to Comply to IP56 at its minimum. Therefore special cooling/ventilation systems must be introduced, design of these enclosures defer based on the designated environment and mounting location.
19" Stainless Steel Cabinets
A special purpose enclosure, indoor or outdoor, used because of Stainless Steel's superior performance. Mainly used for F&B, Salty or chemical environments.
Raised Access Floors
Modular raised floors are an essential item when underfloor access is essential (for underfloor raceways). They play a vital role in Data Center design. Their biggest advantage being replaceability, changeability and reusability.
